And that dream has, over nearly 30 years, turned Pindar Vineyards into Long Island’s best-known wine producer.
This light blush wine is an off-dry Rose of Merlot grapes, fermented with cranberries for a hint of acidity. Served chilled, this is a favorite with barbecue foods, beef, and fish.
