The Brooklyn Distilling Company was established in 1895 for the purpose of manufacturing spirits from molasses and the waste products of the sugar industry, but was closed in the early 1900s and disappeared from the public eye. However, the company has recently been revived and is now producing Brooklyn Gin - their first product in over 100 years.We’re three guys with one Copper Pot Still.
We use 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. By hand-cutting the citrus fruit, and releasing the essential oils in the juniper berries, we make a more vibrant gin than the distillers who use frozen or dried citrus peels.
